• Worked with the challenging terrain to design community and preserve the natural character of the land
• Designed cluster neighborhoods to reduce mass grading of the site
• Routed roadways to minimize stream crossings, reducing the development impact on the environment
• Developed a community conservation plan to preserve the character of the region
• Designed parks and trails system to utilize undevelopable land and showcase the beauty of the community
• Designed village center to provide a vibrant retail district and community gathering place
• Implemented a community outreach program to educate surrounding property owners to the vision of the project and gain local support
• Worked with the Client and local government agencies to gain approvals for the project
