• Planning and design services for municipality southeast of Dallas
• Once small lakeside town experiencing increased growth due to its reputation as an outdoor recreation destination for boating, fishing and other outdoor activities
• Worked with City leaders to formalize and update the Land Use Plan to guide and manage growth
• City-wide Master Parks, Trails and Open Space Plan documents current recreation areas, outlines enhancements to existing facilities and provides expansion plans to meet the community’s growing needs
• Researched and submitted applications for park grants
• Prepared a town center site plan to create a thriving central business/retail district
