• Designed entry feature in natural clearing surrounded by stands of mature live oak, creating a dramatic arrival experience
• Community thematic design reflects the European heritage of the region
• Located neighborhood parks throughout the community to foster recreation and social interaction
• Developed a cohesive community trails system to enhance recreational opportunities and highlight the natural beauty of the community
• Designed amenity center to create a Hill Country spa-like environment nestled in the trees
