- Restoration and preservation of meadow within office park complex
- Recognized the potential to preserve and promote a native beech tree grove, helping to re-establish a species decimated by blight in the late 1900’s
- Recommended opening preservation area by removing overgrowth of non-native species to allow native plants and beech trees to flourish
- Enhanced the existing wetland environment by restoring existing streambed and water flow, protecting the existing beech tree and seedlings and planting additional native trees and plants to attract wildlife
- Preservation area provides enhanced visibility into project, attractive views into meadowlands for tenants and supports the ecology of the area
- Coordinated design effort with local Eagle Scout project to build bird and bat boxes on site to maintain insect control and provide community involvement opportunity
