• 140 acre open air retail development envisioned as a village center
• Developed a wetland and stream conservation area
• Designed a park-like environment along the stream, integrating masses of trees and native shrubs
• Replanted trees from the site into the wetland area
• Located retail sites with views to the conservation area without encroaching into the habitat
• Developed a thematic design program that evokes the equine heritage of the region
• Prepared exhibits and plans to illustrate the vision for the project to gain development approvals
