History

Established in 2001, SEC Planning offers land planning, landscape architecture and community branding services nationally through our offices in Austin and Atlanta. Our staff of landscape architects and designers provides Client-Centered Thinking to clients across the country.

We have assembled a team of talented land planners and landscape architects set in a collaborative, interactive studio environment. Leading the team is our senior design staff who have worked together for over a decade. Together they have refined the 4Bridges process that is the foundation of our firm. We draw inspiration from each other and our diverse experiences to design projects that meet our clients’ design, programming and fiscal goals.

Our hands-on approach and steady interaction with Clients results in plans that accurately bring our Clients’ vision to life. We know in the ever-changing development environment, flexibility and responsiveness are vital to a project’s success. To that end, we structure our design teams to strive to achieve all of our Clients’ goals, deadlines and responsibilities.

We consider face to face meetings, whether down the street or across the country, vital to the success of any project and a necessary cost of doing business. In addition to being road warriors, we are a registered landscape architecture firm in Texas, with staff members who are licensed in Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
