Designed 56 acre campus master plan for multi-institution higher education center as well as prepared detailed design and construction documents for Phase 1
Campus design establishes a pedestrian friendly environment for students, faculty and staff that encourages interaction and connectivity
Sited parking, access, buildings, utilities, walking paths and plazas to create an inviting academic environment with central pedestrian core
Developed a phased expansion strategy that establishes a cohesive campus experience throughout the multi-phase build out
Sited buildings to screen loading docks, storage and exterior training areas on the backside of buildings allowing for a traditional academic façade to front plazas, roadways and the campus core
Plazas, walking paths and open space provide inviting natural spaces for students, faculty and staff to escape the built environment
Utilized native plants for their hardiness, drought tolerance and year round color and texture
▪ Phase I design includes the construction of a 112,000 square foot building, landscape, parking and entry plaza
Specified materials, colors, furnishings, lighting and landscaping to create a cohesive campus environment
Campus opened for classes fall 2013
