Project Description
2,700 acre mixed use master planned community featuring an active adult village, family residential neighborhoods and commercial/office uses
- Community design focused on locating amenities and siting neighborhoods to provide view of the Rocky Mountains
- Parks located throughout the community
- Community trail system links neighborhoods and amenities
- Two amenity centers
- Worked with municipal officials to design a regional park serving the residents of Anthem and Broomfield
- Prepared submittal documents and exhibits to obtain entitlements
