Project Description
128 acre master planned community featuring single family residential, condominium enclaves, neighborhood Amenity Center and over 11 acres of parkland.
- Conducted extensive tree evaluations while designing neighborhoods to maximize density while preserving existing mature trees and vegetation
- Implemented water-wise landscaping with native and native-adaptive plan selections.
- Designed the community to allow convenient pedestrian and bicycle access to adjacent regional park
- Assisted Client’s team in preparation of plans and documents for City compliance
- Landscape Compliance Plan Submittal for Subdivision and Site Plans.
